Members Who Signed Up With Cardsgate Billing Provider

This is the email we will be sending out to members who signed up with cardsgate.

Subject: Important: Regarding your membership at Reality Skin

Dear valued customer,

Due to circumstances beyond our control, our billing provider Cardsgate has failed to pay Reality Skin any monies from signups for the last 4 months. It stopped all rebilling in July and didn't extract the users that went past their expiration date so a lot of members have had more than 3 months free.

We have now engaged the services of another billing provider. Due to this move we are now cancelling the rebilling of existing members who have signed up with Cardsgate.

You may note from the News section on the Reality Skin site that the subscription price has now risen to $24.95. Even at this price we know the site is extremely good value.

Although, because you signed up at the lower price of $8.95 we will still honour that price somewhat. You will be given the chance to sign up at half price for a limited time. Remember, all rebills for this account will be at the discounted price, NOT the full price.

Included at the bottom of this email is a link to the signup for Reality Skin premium membership subscription at the $12.95 rate. You will need your current login details to access that link.

So in summary,

1. As of this moment, your credit card will NOT be getting rebilled. ( You would not have been billed since July!)
2. In the case of 3,6 and 12 month memberships, as your membership comes up for renewal, it will expire, and you will not be able to log in.
3. If you wish to resign up at the old rate of $12.95, you are able to do so for the next 4 weeks.
